Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NTTS Operations LLC (“NTTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of the NTTS website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What NTTS is (and isn't)

NTTS provides decision-support and research tools for options traders — including model-generated alerts, charts, an options chain, and trade analytics. NTTS Operations LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and does not provide personalized investment advice. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

3. Brokerage connections & trading

Connecting a brokerage is optional. If you choose to, the Service lets you link a brokerage account that you already own at one of the brokerages listed on our Brokerage integrations page, which names each brokerage and its registration. You link it either by supplying your own broker API credentials or, where the broker offers it, by authorizing NTTS on the broker's own consent screen. The authorization is yours to grant and yours to withdraw.

NTTS Operations LLC is not a broker-dealer and executes nothing itself. We do not hold, receive, or have custody of your funds or securities, and we do not clear or settle trades. Your brokerage holds your account and is the party that executes your orders. When an order is submitted through NTTS — whether you enter it yourself or it comes from an automation rule you set up and enabled — NTTS transmits that order to your broker at your direction, and your broker decides whether to accept it. NTTS does not move money: nothing in the Service requests, initiates, or schedules a deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds.

You are solely responsible for every order placed through your connected account, including orders generated by automations you enable, and for maintaining the buying power and account permissions those orders require. Alerts, model outputs, and targets are research, not instructions. Market data shown in the Service may be delayed or inaccurate; verify prices with your broker before trading.

Your brokerage account is governed by your broker's own customer agreements and privacy policy, not by these Terms, and your broker may refuse, cancel, or restrict activity under those agreements at any time. Our brokerage partners, as named on the Brokerage integrations page, do not warrant or guarantee that NTTS will work as advertised or expected.

You can disconnect a brokerage at any time — on your account screen in the mobile app, or in Settings in the web portal — and you can also revoke access from your broker's own dashboard. Disconnecting stops NTTS from reading the account or sending it further orders; it does not cancel orders already placed or close open positions, and it does not close your brokerage account. Our Privacy Policy describes what we access, how the connection is stored, and what is deleted when you disconnect.

4. Risk disclosure

Trading securities, and options in particular, involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment. Past performance and any model outputs, targets, hit-rates, or backtests are not indicative of future results. You should trade only with capital you can afford to lose and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are offered and billed through Whop. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation are governed by your Whop subscription; manage or cancel from your Whop account. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. The mobile app is provided free of charge; any paid features are billed through Whop, not through in-app purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling or redistributing alerts or data, interfering with the Service, or using it to violate any law or the rules of any exchange or broker.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, content, and the NTTS name and logo, is owned by NTTS Operations LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. © 2026 NTTS Operations LLC. 8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTTS Operations LLC and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Securities brokerage is provided by third parties; NTTS Operations LLC is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Apple App Store

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

11. Governing law & venue

NTTS Operations LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Alabama. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, are governed by Alabama law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and NTTS Operations LLC agree that any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small-claims court, or any non-waivable right under the laws of your place of residence.
