Never custody
No funds pass through NTTS. There is no withdrawal, transfer, or money-movement code anywhere in our platform — we never request it from any broker.
You stay in control
Disconnect and your keys are deleted from NTTS immediately. To revoke at the source too, regenerate the key at your broker.
Encrypted, never shown
Keys are encrypted before they’re stored, with the master key held in Google Cloud Secret Manager, and never displayed again after entry. Our servers only ever send back the first 4 characters.
With a connected broker, NTTS can
- Read your positions, balances, and orders
- Place and cancel orders in your account — your manual trades and your own automations
- Flatten positions when you tap flatten
NTTS can never
- Withdraw or transfer funds — the platform has no money-movement code
- See your broker password — brokerage sign-in happens at your brokerage, not here
- Show your keys to anyone — only the first 4 characters ever come back from our servers
How we connect to each broker
Sign-in (OAuth): where your brokerage supports it, you sign in at your brokerage and approve NTTS; we never see your password, and your brokerage may ask you to re-approve periodically.
API keys: a key pair you paste in, validated with your brokerage before we save it. Some brokerages’ keys can’t be scoped down, so if you want to try NTTS risk-free first, connect a paper key where offered — NTTS detects paper vs. live automatically. Supported brokerages are listed on Brokerage integrations.
How to revoke
Disconnect your brokerage on the account screen in the app, or in Settings on the web. That deletes your keys and their encrypted record from NTTS instantly. For full revocation, also regenerate your key in your brokerage’s dashboard, or remove NTTS from the connected applications in your brokerage account. Revoking doesn’t cancel orders already placed or close open positions.
Your data
- All traffic uses TLS. Data at rest is hosted with SOC 2 Type II audited providers with daily backups.
- Balances and positions are read from your brokerage on demand to show you your account — we do not keep a copy of them.
- Order activity you initiate through NTTS is recorded for audit purposes, with credential-shaped fields redacted before anything is written.
Operations
- Production access is restricted and protected with multi-factor authentication on every provider that supports it.
- Services run as isolated containers with least-privilege credentials; systems receive security updates automatically.
- If an incident ever affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay, tell you what was involved, and what we and you should do next.
