NTTS is software. NTTS Operations LLC is not a broker-dealer, does not hold your money or securities, and does not execute trades. If you choose to connect a brokerage account, orders you place through NTTS are sent to, and executed by, that brokerage under your own account agreement with it.

Brokerage services are provided by Alpaca Securities LLC (“Alpaca”), member FINRA/SIPC, a registered broker-dealer. Your Alpaca account is opened with and held at Alpaca, under Alpaca's own customer agreements. Alpaca does not warrant or guarantee that NTTS will work as advertised or expected.
