Overview

NTTS Operations LLC (“NTTS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides decision-support tools for options traders through our web portal and mobile app. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it, and applies to every NTTS service. NTTS Operations LLC is the data controller for that information. NTTS is not a broker-dealer and does not provide personalized investment advice.

Information we collect

Connecting a brokerage account

Connecting a brokerage is optional. Nothing in this section applies unless you choose to connect one, and it stops applying when you disconnect.

What we access, and why. With your authorization we read your account identifiers (including the account number your broker returns when the connection is made), balances such as equity, cash, and buying power, your open positions, and your order and fill history. We use that to show you your account inside NTTS, to calculate your performance and profit and loss, and — when you submit an order or enable an automation — to place, modify, or cancel that order with your broker at your direction. We read this data from your broker when a screen or a rule you enabled needs it and show it to you; we do not keep our own copy of your balances or positions.

On what authority. This access exists only because you granted it, either by supplying your own broker API credentials or by approving NTTS on your broker's consent screen. We use it only for the purposes described above, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. NTTS never moves money: nothing in the Service requests, initiates, or schedules a deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds.

How the connection is stored. Broker API keys and authorization tokens are encrypted before they are written to our database, using authenticated encryption (Fernet — AES-128-CBC with an HMAC-SHA256 signature) under a master key held in the server environment rather than in the database. They are decrypted in memory on our server only to serve a request you or your automations triggered. Our own APIs never hand them back out: the connection list your app or the portal receives carries only the broker name, whether the account is paper or live, how it was authorized, the first four characters of the key, the broker account number, and the connection status.

How to revoke access. You can disconnect a brokerage at any time — on your account screen in the mobile app, or in Settings in the web portal. Disconnecting deletes the stored connection record, including the encrypted credentials, from our database, and NTTS can no longer read the account or send it orders. You can also revoke us at the broker: delete or regenerate the API key in your broker's dashboard, or, for a connection you authorized through a broker consent screen, remove NTTS from the connected-applications section of your broker account. Either route ends our access. Revoking does not cancel orders already placed, close open positions, or affect your brokerage account itself.

Order records we keep. When an order is placed, modified, cancelled, or liquidated through NTTS, we record it — the symbol, side, quantity, order type, limit price, and time in force submitted, the broker's response, and whether it was placed, rejected, or errored — both before and after we call your broker, so there is a durable record even if the broker call times out. We keep it as an audit trail of what the Service did at your direction. Values under credential-shaped field names are redacted before anything is written. These audit rows are deliberately kept when a connection is deleted, so they outlive a disconnect; email us to request their deletion.

How we use information

To authenticate you, display linked brokerage data and place orders you direct, deliver alerts you opt into, improve our product, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers under contract (hosting, auth, market data, brokers). We do not sell personal information. Custody remains with your broker.

Advertising and analytics

We use third-party advertising and analytics providers to understand how people find us and whether our marketing works. Today those are Whop, which is also our billing provider, and TikTok; we may add others, and this section covers them all.

These providers receive information about your visits to our public pages — the pages you view, the links you click, and technical details such as your browser, device and approximate location from your IP address. When you sign up, Whop also receives the email address you entered, so that a signup can be matched to the ad or page that led to it. They do not receive anything from your NTTS account, and they never receive anything about a connected brokerage — not your balances, positions, orders, or profit and loss.

These providers are not active on the pages you see once you are signed in.

Your browser's “Do Not Track” or global privacy control settings, and the ad-preference controls offered by your browser or device, apply here in the usual way.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our systems. Broker API keys and authorization tokens are additionally encrypted at rest, as described in Connecting a brokerage account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
