Common topics

• Connecting a brokerage — link your own brokerage account from Settings → Connect brokerage; step-by-step guides for each brokerage are inside the app once you sign in. NTTS never stores broker passwords; tokens are encrypted.
• Brokerage session expired — if your brokerage session lapses, the app prompts you to re-authorize (tap Re-authorize and sign in again). You can toggle automatic re-authorization in Settings → Account.
• Alerts & watchlists — follow scan channels, or build your own, to receive alerts; manage notifications in Settings → Notifications.
• Subscription & billing — plans are managed through Whop. Manage or cancel your subscription from your Whop account.
• Delete your account — email [email protected] from your account address and we'll remove your account and associated data.
